Aneidah Naidoo holds a law degree from the University of Ottawa, and is a skilled negotiator with strong advocacy and communication skills. She had a successful career as a teacher prior to pursuing her legal education.

Aneidah articled at Innocence Canada, an organization that exonerates individuals wrongly convicted of serious crimes. Following her call to the bar in 2016, Aneidah continued to work for Innocence Canada as a staff lawyer. In this role, Aneidah worked on high profile wrongful conviction cases and drafted applications submitted to the Federal Minister of Justice. Aneidah also designed and delivered numerous professional development seminars to justice system stakeholders such as police officers, lawyers and law students.

While in law school, Aneidah interned with the Children’s Aid Society and worked with the Department of Justice. She is well versed in issues affecting children and families and she tirelessly works to achieve the best results for her clients. Aneidah is an empathetic listener who is highly personable and effective at resolving matters in an efficient and tactful manner.
