Shay Kameneh earned her Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Law & Business, from Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly Ryerson University), and went on to complete her law degree at the University of Windsor, Faculty of Law.
Shay articled with Epstein & Associates and, following her Call to the Bar in 2024, remained with the firm as an Associate Lawyer in our Estate Group.
Shay maintains a well-rounded estates practice, assisting clients with estate planning, administration, and litigation. She advises clients on probate applications, will and estate disputes, capacity concerns, and the preparation of wills and powers of attorney. She also works with clients on guardianship matters and represents clients in estate-related court proceedings.
Shay is currently a Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP) Candidate, working toward full designation to deepen her expertise in complex estate and trust planning.
Shay’s approach is thoughtful and practical, with a focus on helping clients understand their options and make informed decisions during what are often emotionally challenging times.
