Roscoe Wu

Associate Lawyer

Roscoe joined Epstein & Associates in 2011 as a high school co-op student and, after completing his Articling term with the firm in 2022, we were delighted to welcome him back in the capacity of our Associate Lawyer.

Upon completing his co-op placement, he continued to work with the firm while obtaining a B.A. (Hons.) Degree in Law & Society from York University. Roscoe later earned his Dual Law Degrees from the University of Windsor and the University of Detroit Mercy.

Roscoe focuses his practice on succession planning, estate freezes, corporate reorganizations, amalgamations, estate administration, and real estate transactions. He regularly assists clients in structuring and implementing trusts—including family trusts and testamentary trusts—as part of comprehensive wealth transfer strategy. He also advises on wills, powers of attorney, and related corporate matters. Roscoe is a Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP) Candidate, working toward full designation to further expand his expertise in complex estate and trust planning.

Throughout his years at the firm, Roscoe has developed extensive experience in drafting and reviewing agreements, structuring corporate and real estate transactions, and guiding clients through the legal and strategic considerations of property transfers.

Outside the office, Roscoe is active in the community, volunteering with various organizations. In 2017, he received the Ontario Volunteer Service Award from the Government of Ontario in recognition of ten consecutive years of dedicated volunteer service.

Roscoe is available for consultations regarding corporate law, wills and estates, trusts, estate administration, and real estate matters. He is also available for speaking engagements and community outreach initiatives, where he shares insights on estate planning, business succession, and real estate law to help educate individuals, families, and business owners.
