Rhonda graduated from O’Sullivan College based in Montreal, Quebec in the late 1980s where she obtained a DEC (diplôme d’études collégiales) and, acquired the knowledge and skills necessary to work in the legal environment.
Rhonda Binstock is a law clerk with over 35 years of experience. Rhonda worked with a prominent sole-practitioner in Toronto for over 22 years before joining Epstein & Associates in 2023. She has since opened her own business, where she provides contract estate administration to law firms, including Epstein and Associates. She specializes in estate litigation and estate administration which includes, drafting of Wills and Powers of Attorney, probating estates, will challenges and various aspects of estate litigation. Rhonda is a valuable member of our team and a skilled professional in her field.
When Rhonda is not ‘clerking’, you can often find her at her local Orange Theory gym and live music concerts/festivals featuring classic rock from the 70s and 80s. Rhonda believes that music is a great way to relax and have fun.
