Donna Guidolin earned a Bachelor of Laws degree in 1989 from Osgoode Hall Law School, York University. Donna also has an Honours Bachelors of Arts Degree in Psychology from York University which she obtained in 1986. She was called to the Ontario Bar in 1991.
Prior to joining Epstein & Associates, Donna practiced at a boutique Family Law firm and had practiced at a full service law firm where she also practiced in the areas of Estate Law, Real Estate, Labour and Employment, Business and general Civil Litigation. Donna started her career as a Labour and Employment Law Lawyer.
Donna is a lawyer who effectively advocates and negotiates on behalf of her clients. She is approachable, compassionate and non-judgmental. Donna’s experience as a Family Lawyer includes both barrister and solicitor work, assisting and representing clients in the full range of Family Law matters. Donna skillfully represents her clients inside and outside the courtroom.
Donna believes the optimal resolution in the Family Law context is a win-win resolution negotiated out of court. When such a resolution is not feasible, Donna will most vigorously pursue the best resolution which meets the interests of her client. Her years of experience are an invaluable resource to her clients.
Donna has appeared at all levels of Court in Ontario, including the Court of Appeal, the Divisional Court, the Superior Court and the Ontario Court of Justice.
