Kiranpreet (Kiran) Kaur graduated from the University of Waterloo with a B.A. and went on to obtain her LL.B. from the University of Hertfordshire in the United Kingdom. She then went on to earn a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Osgoode Hall Law School in Toronto before joining the firm as an Associate Lawyer in 2022.
Kiran exclusively practices family law and is deeply passionate about guiding clients through separation and restructuring their family relationships. She regularly advises on parenting matters, child and spousal support, property division, step-parent adoptions, and annulments. Kiran is frequently before the Ontario Court of Justice and Superior Court of Justice and brings a practical, detail-oriented approach to both litigation and out-of-Court negotiations.
Known for her precision and thoroughness, Kiran is committed to helping clients navigate complex and emotionally charged matters with clarity, confidence, and strong advocacy.
When she is not at work, Kiran enjoys an active social life and spending time with her family in the Halton Region, which she calls home.
