Hassaan Mahmud joined Epstein & Associates in 2025. Post Call to the Bar, Hassaan gained experience at a mid-size regional firm in Eastern Ontario, where he practiced civil litigation and family law.
He was called to the Bar in 2023 after graduating with an undergraduate degree in Health Sciences at Western University in 2018, a Bachelor of Law from the University of Leeds in 2021 and a Master of Laws from the University of Toronto in 2022.
Hassaan enjoys problem solving and bringing an empathetic approach to legal service. He will be based primarily out of the firm’s Newmarket, Richmond Hill and Oshawa offices and is available for free initial half hour consultations in the areas of civil litigation and family law.
Hassaan is an avid sports fan and likes keeping active. He enjoys participating in soccer, basketball, tennis, martial arts and swimming.
