Declan graduated from York University, earning a bachelor’s degree in political science, and later graduated from law school at the Bora Laskin Faculty of Law in Thunder Bay, Ontario.
While in Thunder Bay, Declan competed at the Walsh Family Law Moot and worked with Pro-Bono Students of Canada, collaborating with the Thunder Bay Injured Workers Support Group.
Declan completed his articles in Toronto at a small-sized law firm that specialized in the areas of civil, employment, corporate and estates law. Being born and raised in Newmarket, Ontario, Declan is thrilled to be working in his hometown and serving the local community.
In his free time, Declan enjoys playing hockey, golfing and spending time with his family.
