residential freehold properties. Delayed closings and any work outside the scope of a typical transaction are billed on an hourly basis. An additional $100.00 applies to
the purchase of a Condo for the review of a Status Certificate. Please contact our office for a more
complete explanation of the disbursements involved, including but
not limited to, Title Insurance and Land Transfer Tax. We will make
sure that you make an informed decision and would welcome an
