It is often difficult to contemplate our own passing, or that of a loved one.  At Epstein & Associates we can help you to make difficult but important decisions concerning your estate; including preparations of Wills and Powers of Attorney.  A last will and testament drafted according to your needs by a lawyer gives you and your loved ones the peace of mind that you deserve; last will and testament is one of the most important documents that you will ever sign.  It is crucial that your last will and testament accurately expresses your wishes; the lawyers at Epstein & Associates will ensure that your last will and testament is drafted so that your property is distributed according to your wishes.  Our fees* are currently as follows:

If you are separated or in the process of separating, there are a number of procedural options available to you, including Litigation, Mediation, Lawyer negotiation, Arbitration and Collaborative Family Law.  The lawyers at Epstein & Associates are trained to handle all facets of a family law case and we would be happy to discuss the process option available to you and help you decide which is the best approach for you.  Epstein & Associates has been involved with the York Collaborative Practice since its inception; Mark A. Epstein currently sits as the Treasurer and Membership Coordinator of the Practice.  Mr. Epstein and Erin M. Walton head up the Collaborative Family Law section at Epstein & Associates.

*All fees set out on this website are plus disbursements and H.S.T. where applicable.  All real estate fees a relate to residential freehold properties. Commercial real estate matters are billed based on an hourly rate. Delayed closings and any work outside the scope of a typical transaction are billed on an hourly basis.  An additional $100.00 applies to the purchase of a Condominium and for the review of a Status Certificate. The review of Agreements and Purchase and Sale is not included in the flat fee and if undertaken is at an hourly rate.  Please contact our office for a more complete explanation of the disbursements involved, including but not limited to, Title Insurance and Land Transfer Tax and for a more accurate quote for your specific transaction.
