ERIN M. WALTON, B.A., LL.B.

Ms. Walton holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with a specialization in English from the University of Guelph and she received her Bachelor of Laws from Osgoode Hall Law School. Following graduation, Ms. Walton articled with the established South Western Ontario law firm, Miller Thomson, gaining valuable experience in Litigation, Corporate Law, Real Estate and Wills and Estates.

Upon being called to the Bar of Ontario, Erin practiced Corporate/Commercial Litigation and Real Estate with BMK Lawyers, a Burlington law firm.

Erin is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, the York Region Law Association and the Halton County Law Association. Ms. Walton joined Epstein & Associates in 2008 and her practice currently includes Family Law, including Child Protection, Real Estate, Corporate/Commercial Law and Wills and Estates.

Ms. Walton accepts Legal Aid, and is available for evening appointments upon request.
